At Faith at Work Ministries, we believe that faith is more than something we profess. It is something we live. Our mission is simple yet powerful: Loving hurting people to wholeness through Word and deed.
We are a ministry without walls, committed to making God's love visible in everyday life. We believe the Church is not simply a building or a place we gather, but a living expression of Christ's love wherever we go. Through acts of kindness, compassionate outreach, biblical teaching, prayer, and service, we seek to meet people where they are and demonstrate the transforming power of God's love.
For more than 20 years, the heart of this ministry has remained rooted in a simple truth: Faith must be accompanied by action. We believe that sharing the Gospel means not only proclaiming the Word of God, but also becoming His hands and feet in our communities.
Our Foundation and Leadership
Faith at Work Ministries was formally established in 2016 by Pastor Flora Hedgepeth, a dynamic, anointed woman of God whose life reflects decades of faithful service, biblical teaching, and compassionate leadership.
Pastor Hedgepeth is also the founder of Generations International Fellowship Church, where she has faithfully served as a pastor and shepherd. Throughout her years in ministry, she has served in numerous leadership capacities, including associate pastor, Bible study teacher, and supporter of Vacation Bible School, youth development, discipleship, and community outreach programs.
Her dedication to teaching God's Word, nurturing spiritual growth, and serving those in need has helped establish a ministry built on faithfulness, compassion, and a genuine love for people.

Everything we do is grounded in the truth and principles of Scripture. We believe in studying the Word, teaching sound biblical doctrine, growing in spiritual maturity, and putting what we learn into practice.
James 2:17 reminds us, "Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone." (KJV)
At Faith at Work Ministries, we strive to be a visible expression of the invisible God. Whether through feeding families, encouraging the discouraged, teaching the Word, evangelizing, supporting youth, or simply extending kindness to someone in need, we believe every act of love creates an opportunity for someone to encounter Christ.
